In my 5 years at Shivohm, I've thoroughly enjoyed and am still enjoying the great culture here as I believe the people here are enthusiastic, friendly and supportive whether from the top management or the bottom, which I think is difficult to find these days. I have fun while working as well as during my leisure time with everyone here. It's been a wonderful journey till now and I'm sure there are a lot more cherished memories to come.

I am excited to share that this September 2024 marks five amazing years with Shivohm. These years have been enriching and fulfilling, thanks to the great environment here. Working at Shivohm has been a privilege. The open-door policy, which prioritizes employees, has made me feel valued and helped me grow both personally and professionally. Looking back, I am grateful for the opportunities to contribute to our success.

Here in Shivohm, I have completed 5 years recently and what I love the most is the work culture here at Shivohm. A very friendly environment, no hierarchy to follow - when you have concerns you can reach out to top management in reach. Time after time your inputs/feedback are taken for day-to-day office life as well as professional improvements. I am glad that I got the opportunity to be part of Shivohm where I helped the organization with my knowledge and gained new knowledge, trained in new technologies as well.

I have had the privilege of being a part of Shivohm since October 1st, 2018, and my journey here over the past five years has been nothing short of remarkable. The support and mentorship provided by my seniors have not only enhanced my technical skills but also enriched my repertoire of soft skills. Working at Shivohm IT company for the past 5 years has been a great experience for me. Working here has been a rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. The company’s environment is characterized by a strong emphasis on employee well-being and development. Here I saw they have initiated community among some selected employees to participate in different advancement programs. It’s a good initiative observed by me. Additionally, we are anytime open to discuss any problems. With employee engagement here I’ve been participating in research and development to pioneer new technologies and improve our services. I've had an amazing five years with this company since it started. We began with just 5 employees and now have over 150. The company allows us to use the latest technologies and gain experience in new architectures with Microsoft technologies, Azure Data Factory and machine learning. Our core values have stayed the same, creating a family-like atmosphere. We work in four different departments: Data Ingestion, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, and Development. This variety helps us learn and grow in many areas.

I had an excellent five years with Shivohm since it started. When I joined, we began with just few employees and now have more than 150. I learned lot of new things in terms of latest technologies and domains and improved my leadership and management skills by working on different challenges. Here I feel the family-like atmosphere and management is very supportive. We celebrate all festivals, and everyone gets the opportunity to do his/her best. It's a very good culture and I recommend others to work here and learn things.

At every step of the way, I have the full support of my direct manager and my team. In my opinion the culture that we’ve built at Shivohm embraces flexibility, celebrates diversity of thought and approach, evey single day and this is what separates us from other organizations.
