      Key Responsibilities:

      • 4+ years of relevant working experience
      • Proficient in software testing, product testing, webpage and web applications both manually and automated
      • Experienced in using Selenium for automated testing will be an add on
      • Strong technical skills to develop new test scripts and enhancing existing test scripts
      • Performance/API testing
      • Nice to have experience on Appium for mobile automation both IOS and Android
      • Working knowledge of security / penetration testing will be an added advantage

      • Demonstrate adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with a keen eye on market trends and a focus on growth and change.
      • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, utilizing CRM software to track and manage lead activity.
      • Continuously optimize lead generation strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
      • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our company’s capabilities and value proposition.
      • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
      • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our presence and visibility in the market.
      • Fluent in English.

      Desired Experience

      • Proven experience as a Technical Architect
      • Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
      • Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
      • Knowledge of selected coding languages / frameworks (e.g. JS Framework, .NET Core, Databases, No SQL, etc.)
      • Proven track record of architecting multiplatform web and mobile applications
      • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and Cloud Platforms
      • Excellent communication and written skills

      • Organizational and leadership skills

      Responsibilities

      • Lead technology work-stream through the various life-cycle stages, from business need through design, delivery, and support
      • Architect, Design, Develop, and Test software for the solution to our clients.
      • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
      • Communicate system requirements to software development teams
      • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
      • Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
      • Assist with solving technical problems when they arise in a timely manner
      • Mentor development teams around sound design and coding practices
      • Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
      • Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
      • Create and improve software using the design patterns, refactoring and development best practices
      • Work closely with your UX, Product Management, QA, and Backend colleagues

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Database Design and Development:
      • Design and implement SQL Server databases and schemas based on business requirements.
      • Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support application development and data analytics.
      • Performance Optimization:
      • Identify and resolve performance issues in SQL queries and database objects like procedures, functions, and views.
      • Optimize database design for performance and scalability.
      • Data Integration and Migration:
      • Manage data migration, transformation, and scripting tasks.
      • Integrate data from various sources into SQL Server databases.
      • Database Security and Compliance:
      • Implement database security best practices to protect sensitive data like Credit/Debit Cards, SSNs, etc.
      • Compliance with data privacy regulations and guidelines. e.g. Compliance like CIS, DISA STIG, FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA, NERC, PCI DSS, and SOX (Good to Have)
      • Monitoring and Maintenance:
      • Monitor database performance, resource usage, and maintain database health (Good to Have).
      • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures (Good to Have).
      • Collaboration and Documentation:
      • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT staff to ensure database solutions meet business requirements.
      • Create and maintain technical documentation related to databases and data flows.

      Qualifications:

      • Possess 5+ years of experience as a core SQL Server Database developer.
      • Proven experience as a SQL Server Database Developer or similar role.
      • Proficiency in SQL programming (T-SQL) and database query optimization.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
